Preparation of design documentation for the Piechowice U-1 shelter and car park

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost documentation for a U-1 underground shelter and an above-ground car park planned near the junction of Kryształowa and Szkolna Streets in Piechowice. The underground shelter is intended for approximately 600 people and the car park for about 50–60 vehicles; the estimated total floor area is approximately 2,100 m². The work includes surveys, geotechnical investigations, utility connection conditions, approvals, permits, architectural and technical designs, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate, technical specifications and a BIOZ health and safety plan. The tender submission deadline is 11 September 2026 and the contract completion deadline is 14 December 2026. The initial design concept must be submitted within 14 days of signing the contract. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and the contractor’s experience (40%), and submissions must be made electronically in Polish.
