Granting a long-term loan of PLN 2,000,000 to cover the planned deficit

Summary

The tender concerns the provision and servicing of a long-term bank loan of PLN 2,000,000 for Gmina Szczucin to cover its planned budget deficit. The loan must be made available in a single drawdown or in instalments by 15 December 2026 at the latest, with repayment scheduled from 30 March 2027 to 30 March 2037. Interest will be calculated at a variable rate consisting of WIBOR 3M plus a bank margin fixed for the entire contract period; bidders must use a WIBOR 3M rate of 3.81% as at 1 September 2026 for tender comparison. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 09:00 and must include the total credit cost calculation and the required declarations.
