Service for organising integration events for the local community and third-country nationals

Summary

The procurement covers three lots: organising an integration event in Biała Podlaska for 60 people, in Chełm for 50 people, and in Zamość for 60 people. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The performance period for each lot is 60 days, and the tender submission deadline is 10 September 2026 at 09:00. Bids will be evaluated separately for each lot: price carries 50%, the social aspect 20%, and provision of a stand serving seasonal fruit skewers 30%. The bidder must have experience of properly organising at least 3 events or functions during the last 5 years; each event must have been intended for at least 40 participants and have had a gross value of at least PLN 10,000. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish through the contracting authority’s platform. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
