Development of a concept for the northern bypass of Nowy Targ on the section from Św. Anny Street to Kowaniec Street

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a multi-variant spatial and programme concept for the northern bypass of Nowy Targ, together with a technical and economic analysis. The work includes a survey plan, spatial planning analysis, traffic surveys, an assessment of existing conditions, preliminary route variants, cross-sections and junctions, cost estimates for each variant, comparative analysis, working visualisations, selection of a recommended variant, and the final report and complete documentation. The contract period is 400 days. As an option, the contracting authority may order the documentation, approvals and permits required to obtain the final environmental conditions decision for the selected variant; this option is to be completed within 300 days from the date on which the option is activated. The bidder must provide evidence of the required designer qualifications and experience. The tender submission deadline is 14 September 2026 at 09:00, and the tender must be submitted electronically. Tenders will be assessed on price (60%) and an extension of the warranty and guarantee period (40%); the minimum warranty and guarantee period is 2 years.
