Summary

The tender concerns hotel and restaurant services for a conference for approximately 125 participants taking place on 8–9 April 2027. The bidder must provide a conference room, accommodation and catering at one venue in a hotel rated at least four stars; the hotel must be within 150 km of Warsaw, surrounded by green space and equipped with a swimming pool. At least three comparable events must have been properly handled during the last three years, and third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000 is required. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00.
