Summary

The tender concerns preparation of a functional and utility programme and a consolidated cost estimate for an investment improving the energy efficiency of the Institute’s buildings, including the construction of renewable energy installations. The planned service period is up to 9 months, while the programme and consolidated cost estimate must be prepared within 3 months of contract signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. Bidders must demonstrate the required previous experience and provide at least one suitably experienced specialist, as well as submit the required declarations concerning exclusion grounds.
