Catering and food-service provision with lease of catering premises at the Taira and Leliwa Centre in Konstancin-Jeziorna

Summary

The tender covers catering and food-service provision at the Taira and Leliwa Centre in Konstancin-Jeziorna together with the lease of catering premises. The contractor must prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks and provide catering services for events at and outside the centre. The service is to be provided for 12 months, seven days a week, for individual guests and organised groups of at least 10 people; the contractor must be able to serve up to 70 people simultaneously. Evaluation assigns 70% to the gross price of catering services and 30% to the net rent for the catering premises; the rent must be at least PLN 10,000 per month. The contracting authority may invite up to three highest-ranked bidders to negotiations. Actual demand may vary, and the minimum guaranteed order is 10% of the net contract value.
