Construction of a category 1 modular shelter at sports facilities in Biesiekierz – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for a category U-1 protective shelter for approximately 150 people at plot no. 22/54 in Biesiekierz, near sports facilities. The scope includes site development, architectural and construction design, technical and discipline designs, an investor cost estimate, bill of quantities, technical specifications, a financial schedule, required arrangements and administrative decisions, including a building permit, as well as author’s supervision during the subsequent construction works. The concept is due within 2 weeks of contract signature and the design documentation with the building permit by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 09:15. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and extended warranty period (40%); no bid security is required, but the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
