Preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the investment – Parts I–V

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for five parts of a municipal road investment in the Koszęcin area. The scope includes design documentation, technical and discipline-specific designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, technical specifications, required approvals and administrative decisions, and representation before authorities and utility network operators. The contract period is up to 4 months from signing. Bids may be submitted for all five parts. Each part is evaluated by price (80%) and the declared warranty and defect-liability period (20%); the declared period must be 48, 54 or 60 months.
