Adaptation of primary school basement rooms into a temporary shelter for civilians – design documentation

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary technical and design documentation for adapting selected basement rooms of a primary school into a temporary shelter for civilians. The documentation must support a building permit application or an effective works notification, where required, and must include architectural, structural, sanitary and electrical solutions, safe access and evacuation routes, ventilation, emergency lighting, sanitary facilities, accessibility measures, cost estimates, bills of quantities, technical specifications and one additional solution using supports to reinforce the ceiling load-bearing capacity. The contractor must obtain the required opinions, approvals and administrative decisions, provide author supervision during the subsequent construction works, answer questions during the related construction procurement within 3 working days and update cost estimates within 5 working days when requested. The main documentation is to be completed by 30 November 2026; however, the offer form states 15 December 2026, so this discrepancy should be verified in the official documents. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the quality guarantee and defects-liability period (40%); the offered period must be between 36 and 60 months.
