Substantive staff member for training and substantive support under the “The Future Begins at School – Lubuskie for Education” project

Summary

The contract concerns providing a substantive staff member for training and substantive support in the EU-funded “The Future Begins at School – Lubuskie for Education” project. The role covers school-level coordination, cooperation with the contracting authority and project staff, participant recruitment, organisation of vocational guidance, support for training and workshops, project promotion, and supervision of recruitment and attendance documentation. The procurement is divided into 11 parts, and one bidder may submit an offer for only one part. Each part is normally performed for 12 months, with 10 hours of service per month and support for 50 students; the two parts in Strzelecko-Drezdenecki County each involve 5 hours per month and 20–30 students. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the assigned person’s experience working or cooperating with general secondary schools carries 40%.
