Preparation of design documentation – “Green Revitalization 2.0”: plantings at the square on Tuwima Street and rainwater management

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for the “Green Revitalization 2.0” project: plantings at a square on Tuwima Street in Kędzierzyn-Koźle and management of rainwater. The work covers solutions for increasing rainwater infiltration or retention, a greenery design, required administrative classifications, approvals, opinions and permits, as well as author’s supervision during implementation. The project area is approximately 0.20 hectares and the contract period is 100 days. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-ProPublico platform by 10 September 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on the design documentation price (50%), the lump-sum price for author’s supervision for 10 visits (10%), and the lead designer’s relevant experience (40%).
