Preparation of design documentation for the Przedbórz–Podlesie municipal road in Przedbórz

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for approximately 0.925 km of a municipal road connecting Przedbórz and Podlesie in Przedbórz, including obtaining the decision authorising the road investment (ZRID). The scope includes road, drainage, utility, geodetic, environmental, water-law and traffic-organisation documentation, cost estimates, technical specifications and the necessary approvals. The road is planned as a class D, KR1, single-carriageway road with a 3.5 m roadway, passing bays, access roads and lighting. The contract duration is 420 days and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026. The bid guarantee is PLN 1,000, and performance security is required. Bids will be assessed by price at 60% and the declared number of site visits at 40%.
