Comprehensive outfitting of the Nielisz municipal preschool under the project for inclusive education and improved quality – second edition

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive supply, delivery, carrying-in and, where applicable, assembly of equipment for a preschool in Nielisz under the EU-funded “Preschool of Great Opportunity” project. It is divided into three lots, and bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots: Lot 1 covers inclusive-education playground equipment; Lot 2 covers teaching aids, therapeutic equipment, furniture and educational materials; Lot 3 covers electronic, multimedia and educational software equipment. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish via the e-Procurement Platform by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price and warranty: Lot 1 uses price (60%), warranty for load-bearing structures (15%) and warranty for operating/complementary elements (25%); Lots 2 and 3 use price (60%) and warranty (40%). No bid security or performance bond is required.
