The contract concerns the organisation of a study visit to Tarnów and Krosno on 5–6 November 2026, including accommodation on 4 November, for accessibility coordinators and other local-government employees working with accessibility. The service must include accommodation, meals, group transport, insurance, coordination, a guide or tour leader with accessibility knowledge, participant identification badges and visits to accessibility-related sites. The group will comprise 30–50 participants. The second-day programme may last up to 8 hours and the visit may include up to 8 locations in total. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 15:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the declared multiplier for contractual penalties (40%).
