Preparation and delivery of a two-day forum for enterprising women from rural areas of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation and delivery of a two-day forum for women living in rural areas of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, within the EU-funded Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy 2023–2027. The contractor must provide accommodation, catering, conference and workshop rooms with technical equipment, subject-matter specialists, a forum moderator, participant materials and accident insurance. The contracting authority will recruit 220 participants. The forum must take place in the second half of November 2026. The bid deadline is 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. A bid guarantee of PLN 2,500 is required.
