The procurement covers respondent recruitment and independent quantitative CAWI research for Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki over 24 months. The basic scope is the mObywatel Junior (eDziennik) study with 4,200 respondents, including children and young people aged 10–19, their parents, teachers, and a booster sample of mObywatel users.
