Road-sector construction supervision for an investment project

Summary

The contract concerns investment supervision services in the road sector for the implementation of works on two district roads. The inspector will represent the investor, monitor compliance with the design and legal requirements, check the quality of works and materials, participate in inspections and acceptances, confirm completed works and defects removed, and monitor settlements. The service is planned for 10 months. The inspector must respond within 1 hour of notification, visit the construction site on every working day, submit written reports with at least three dated, timed and geolocated photographs, and attend project meetings.
