The contract concerns the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for the energy renovation of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering building at 37 Sikorskiego Street in Szczecin, together with author’s supervision and substantive support during the future construction procurement. Bids may be submitted for one or both of the two lots. Lot 1 covers insulation of walls, roofs and flat roofs and replacement of windows and doors. Lot 2 covers a heat-exchange substation, heating and domestic hot-water systems, lighting, telecommunications infrastructure for future BMS implementation, and structured cabling with Wi-Fi access-point locations.
