The contract concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for the revitalisation of the historic former starost building in Międzyrzecz, including conservation studies, moisture investigation, architectural and technical designs, site development, demolition and construction of a new road-and-pedestrian bridge, fire access road works, installations, landscaping, cost estimates and the permits and approvals required for the investment.
