Preparation of 63 valuation reports and one valuation opinion

Summary

The contracting authority is commissioning 63 valuation reports and one valuation opinion in six lots: 30 reports for municipal residential premises in Lot I, 30 similar reports in Lot II, valuations of developed properties in Lots III and IV, a valuation of a 67.79 m² residential building and structures in Lot V, and an opinion on the value of individual land uses per square metre for each cadastral district of Lublin in Lot VI. Bids may be submitted for all six lots. Lots I–II run until 31 December 2026, with each commissioned report due within 30 calendar days of confirmation of the order and no more than 24 reports ordered per calendar month; Lots III–V must be completed within 30 calendar days and Lot VI within 100 calendar days. The submission deadline is 8 September 2026 at 11:00. Price is the sole award criterion for Lots I–V; Lot VI is assessed by price (60%) and completion time (40%).
