Summary

The procurement concerns recurring catering services for coffee breaks during training sessions for the management and administrative staff of Koszalin University of Technology. The service covers 236 training days and 472 coffee breaks, with up to 3,052 participants in total. Each training day includes two self-service coffee breaks with unlimited coffee and tea, at least 0.5 litres of still or sparkling water per person, milk or a plant-based alternative, sugar, sweetener and lemon, and at least two portions of sweet or savoury snacks and fruit per person. Special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, must be accommodated. The contractor must transport, set up and replenish the service, prepare it at least 30 minutes before each break, provide reusable ceramic or glass tableware, tablecloths and napkins, and clean the service area and segregate waste. The service will be performed at the university in Koszalin on working days between 7:30 and 15:30, from contract signature until 31 December 2027. The contracting authority may reduce the scope by 20% and will pay according to the actual number of participants. The gross price is the only award criterion.
