The tender concerns the launch and 12-month operation of a comprehensive printing-device management service for the District Court in Rzeszów and the subordinate district courts in Leżajsk, Łańcut, Ropczyce and Strzyżów. The contractor must supply consumables, maintain and service printing devices, collect and dispose of used consumables, monitor consumption and print volumes, and install a management and monitoring system on the contracting authority’s server within 14 calendar days of contract signature.
