Promotion of the Końskie Bypass Stage II Project (DW 749 to DK 42)

Summary

The contract covers information and promotional activities for the European Regional Development Fund project to build Stage II of the Końskie bypass, from DW 749 to DK 42. The services include developing and managing a website and social media profile, producing and broadcasting a narrated seven-minute film, writing and publishing an article, producing a 30-second radio advertising spot, and organising a press conference. The contract runs until 31 December 2028, with an optional extension of website and/or social media management for up to six additional months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (80%), press publication of articles (10%) and an informational radio broadcast (10%).
