Investor supervision services for the construction of a social services and crisis management complex, including equipment, infrastructure and site development

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive multi-disciplinary investor supervision for the construction of a social services and crisis management complex for the Municipal Office in Dobra, including refurbishment of the existing manor building, construction of a new building and site development. The service covers design supervision, construction supervision and warranty inspections, and is to continue until the end of the construction contractor’s warranty and guarantee period, but at least until 31 March 2028 for construction supervision. The estimated contract value is PLN 295,000. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 11:00, with a PLN 4,425 tender guarantee. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the experience of the coordinator (40%).
