The tender concerns recurring catering services for the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, divided into three lots. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The estimated total value is PLN 452,831 excluding VAT: Lot 1 PLN 411,459.75, Lot 2 PLN 31,173.75 and Lot 3 PLN 10,087.50. Services must be accessible to all meeting participants, including persons with disabilities. Lot 1 is planned for 12 months, Lot 2 until 15 December 2026 and Lot 3 for 10 months. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids and required declarations and documents must be submitted electronically through the designated purchasing platform by 7 September 2026 at 00:00. Documents may be prepared only in Polish.
