The tender concerns the comprehensive organisation and production of an event for the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, connected with the 25th anniversary of Culture.pl and the launch of Culture.pl’s new visual identity. The scope may include event organisation, author-related services and catering. Catering is an optional service, and its cost must be included in the total tender price even though the contracting authority may use the option wholly, partly or not at all.
