The contract concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for replacing two internal passenger lifts in the Zodiak Student Residence at 106 Grunwaldzka Street in Wrocław. The service includes building and installation surveys, any required building design and permit procedures, complete technical and detailed designs, technical specifications, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate divided by discipline, approvals from the Technical Inspection Authority, and author’s supervision during construction.
