Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation in three lots. Lot 1 covers the expansion of intersections and related road sections on county road 4911E in Piątkowisko, including pedestrian and cycle infrastructure, lighting, drainage, access roads, utility conflict removal, a possible technology duct and permanent traffic management documentation. Lot 2 covers design documentation for the reconstruction of approximately 1.8 km of county road 3310 in Rydzyny, including the carriageway, drainage, accesses, pedestrian and cycle infrastructure, lighting, utility conflicts and a possible technology duct. Lot 3 covers design documentation for the renovation or reconstruction of approximately 400 m of pavement and parking spaces on 20 Stycznia Street in Pabianice, including permanent traffic management. Offers may be submitted for all three lots and will be assessed separately. The submission deadline is 8 September 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee period carries 40%. The minimum guarantee is 24 months; a guarantee of 60 months or more receives the maximum guarantee score, while a guarantee below 24 months makes the offer non-compliant. The planned performance period is 8 months for Lots 1 and 2 and 60 days for Lot 3.
