Performance of chimney inspections in the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka

Summary

The tender concerns chimney inspections and cleaning of chimney flues in approximately 180 residential buildings in the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka. The contractor must check the flue systems for unobstructed passage and tightness, prepare technical inspection reports, enter the reports in the Central Register of Emissions of Buildings (CEEB), print two copies of each report and maintain inspection records. The service must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract. The bid deadline is 15 September 2026 at 13:00. Price is the only award criterion. A PLN 300 bid guarantee is required, and offers must be submitted electronically in Polish.
