Preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of a kindergarten and nursery in Iwkowa

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of a kindergarten and nursery in Iwkowa, based on the functional and utility programme. The scope includes obtaining all opinions, approvals and administrative decisions required for a final or legally binding building permit, as well as preparing the building design, detailed design, investor’s cost estimate, bill of quantities and technical specifications for construction and acceptance. The contract must be completed within 360 days: complete design documentation within 270 days and the final building permit by 360 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 30 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price, weighted 60 points, and the project team manager’s experience, weighted 40 points. The successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price.
