The contract concerns accommodation and catering for 55 participants of an instructor training course on Żywiec Highland folklore in each of two stays: 17–18 October 2026 and 24–25 October 2026. The facility must be located in Bielsko-Biała or Bielsko or Żywiec County, accommodate all participants in one facility, provide at least three exclusively available workshop and lecture rooms, a separate dining room and in-house catering. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers will be evaluated by gross price (60%) and air-conditioning availability in the rooms (40%).
