Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for the Chrzanów Forest District headquarters, including a garage and utility building, a utility shelter, internal and external electrical and sanitary installations, road and pedestrian infrastructure, parking spaces, fencing, an antenna mast and the reconstruction of an existing natural pond of 850 m². The contractor must also provide author’s supervision during the construction works and prepare documentation sufficient to obtain a final building permit, including the building permit application. The contract period is 12 months, the price is the only award criterion, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish via the JOSEPHINE platform by 30 September 2026 at 00:00.
