Preparation of design documentation for a sidewalk and road drainage project in Śliwiny

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of comprehensive design documentation for the construction of a concrete-paved sidewalk and road drainage along public road 200025G in Śliwiny, from Głowackiego Street towards Waćmierek. The scope includes surveys, land-division maps, construction and execution designs, required opinions and permits, geological investigations, tree inventory and felling plan, traffic-organisation designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities and obtaining the road investment permit. The contract also includes responding to questions during the future works tender and providing author’s supervision. The contract period is up to 15 months from signing, with author’s supervision continuing until completion of the investment. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the road designer’s professional experience (40%).
