Preparation of an architectural concept and functional and utility programme for a multi-level car park on Grunwaldzka Street in Kielce

Summary

The tender concerns architectural and pre-design services for a planned multi-level open car park with a separate service area and an underground floor designed to allow a temporary shelter, at Grunwaldzka Street in Kielce. The contractor must prepare two initial architectural concept variants, the final architectural concept, a functional and utility programme with cost estimates, and an application for a public-purpose investment location decision. If the contracting authority exercises the option, the contractor must also prepare the environmental documentation and obtain the final environmental decision. The contract lasts up to 14 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 12:00, with a PLN 3,000 tender guarantee. Evaluation is based on price (60 points) and the project team’s experience (40 points).
