The contract concerns the preparation of a functional-spatial concept and complete design documentation for the construction of a rowing boathouse at Babia Wieś 3–5 in Bydgoszcz, including obtaining all decisions, certificates, opinions and approvals needed to carry out the construction works. The documentation will be prepared in four stages over a maximum of 16 months: Stage I within 4 months, Stage II within 6 months, Stage III within 12 months and Stage IV within 16 months of signing the contract. The selected contractor will also enter into a separate contract for author supervision during the subsequent construction works. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 00:00, with a PLN 6,500 tender guarantee. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty-liability period for defects for 40% of the evaluation.
