Modernization of the Orlik 2012 sports complex on F. Chopin Street in Złocieniec

Summary

The tender concerns a design-and-build modernization of the Orlik 2012 sports complex in Złocieniec on F. Chopin Street. The contractor must prepare the technical documentation, obtain the required approvals and building permit, and carry out the works, including replacement of the synthetic surfaces of the multifunctional and artificial-turf pitches, replacement of five containers with three new containers containing toilets, changing rooms, a storage room and a coach’s room, installation of sports equipment, replacement of ball-stop fencing, LED lighting and mesh fencing, and installation of video surveillance. The contract period is 8 months. Offers must be submitted electronically via the purchasing platform by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 80% and the warranty period 20%.
