Supply of a modern ultrasound system

Summary

The contract covers the supply of one modern ultrasound system for general, obstetric and gynaecological diagnostics, including dedicated probes, accessories and software. The supplier must deliver, install, connect, start up and test the equipment, provide a perpetual software licence and integration with the buyer’s KS-Somed system, train up to six staff members, and provide at least a 24-month warranty. Delivery and acceptance must be completed within 6 weeks of contract signature, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 24 months and may be scored up to 48 months.
