Provision of hotel services

Summary

The procurement concerns hotel, catering and organisational services for participants of the national “From the Pitch to the Stadium” tournament in Gdańsk from 11 to 13 November 2026. The contract is divided into three independent lots for age categories U13, U14 and U15, and a bidder may submit an offer for any number of lots. Each lot covers up to 392 participants and guarantees services for at least 382 participants. The bid must identify the accommodation facilities, provide prices per participant and in total, and include the required exclusion and representation documents. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 08:30 and signed with an accepted electronic signature.
