Purchase and delivery of fuel (eco-pea coal and eco-fines) for heating municipal buildings owned by Gmina Lututów, including transport

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and successive delivery of 140 tonnes of eco-pea coal and 12 tonnes of eco-fines for heating municipal buildings owned by Gmina Lututów. Deliveries will be made from 1 October 2026 to 31 May 2027, in individual consignments of 3 to 7 tonnes, at the supplier’s cost and risk. The contract includes an option to increase the quantities by up to 40%, while the contracting authority may leave up to 20% of the original quantities unused without compensation. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and delivery time (40%); the offered delivery time must be stated in whole hours and may not exceed 48 hours.
