Accommodation and catering services abroad

Summary

The procurement covers hotel accommodation and restaurant services for organized Erasmus+ project trips abroad. Task 1 concerns Platamonas, Greece, for 28 participants from 14 to 25 September 2026. Tasks 2 and 3 concern Saint-Raphaël, France, for 11 and 28 participants respectively, from 5 to 16 October 2026. The services must be provided by 31 October 2026. Accommodation, three daily meals and a conference room must be provided at one site. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 and will be evaluated by gross price (60%), hotel standard (15%), cost-free cancellation period (10%) and the number of rooms made available (15%). No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
