Renovation and maintenance works in general construction, building services and electrical trades on properties belonging to the Kobierzyce Municipality property portfolio

Summary

The contract covers renovation and maintenance works on residential and non-residential properties, small architectural structures and external areas belonging to the Kobierzyce Municipality property portfolio. The scope includes demolition and dismantling, carpentry, plastering and painting, roofing and sheet-metal work, locksmith work, flooring, insulation, concrete and masonry work, chimney-stove work, building services and securing premises and structures. The contract period is 7 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include a PLN 10,000 bid guarantee, and performance security is also required. Award criteria are price (80%), extension of the warranty period beyond the required minimum of 36 months (10%), and response time to a failure report (10%).
