Purchase of fruit and vegetables

Summary

The tender concerns the successive purchase and delivery of fruit and vegetables for the specialist hospital in Chełm for 12 months. The estimated assortment includes products such as potatoes, carrots, apples, bananas, citrus fruit, cabbage, onions, tomatoes and other fresh or preserved fruit and vegetables; the contracting authority guarantees a minimum purchase volume of 70% of the estimated quantities. Deliveries must be made at the hospital kitchen at the supplier’s cost and risk, including unloading, daily from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays, between 09:00 and 10:00. Each order must be delivered within one day after a telephone order placed by 09:00 on the preceding day. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-ProPublico platform by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries a weight of 100%.
