Construction of a warehouse hall with technical infrastructure and site development in the Cegielniana and Gamowska Streets area of Racibórz

Summary

This is a design-and-build contract for a warehouse hall with social and technical facilities, utilities and site development in the area of Cegielniana and Gamowska Streets in Racibórz. The scope includes full multidisciplinary design documentation, required administrative decisions and building permit, construction of a steel-frame hall with a usable area of at least 600 m² and a maximum ridge height of 5.5 m, paved areas, fencing, lighting, CCTV, utility connections, rainwater retention and landscaping. The contract is to be completed by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 11:30 using the e-ZP system and an accepted electronic signature. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%.
