Catering service for participants in the “Today Pupil – Tomorrow Student” project

Summary

The tender concerns catering services for participants attending meetings under the “Today Pupil – Tomorrow Student” project, including preparation and delivery of an individual catering box for each participant. Services will be ordered successively over 10 months from contract signature, for up to 1,300 people in total and no more than 150 people per meeting, at two locations in Kielce. The estimated contract value is PLN 62,361 excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 09:00 and will be evaluated by price (80%), social aspects (10%) and environmental aspects (10%).
