Design, supply and installation of scenography for Children’s Safety Education Centres in Chojnów and Legnica

Summary

The contract covers the full design, supply, installation, integration and commissioning of two Children’s Safety Education Centres: approximately 160 m² in Legnica and 40 m² in Chojnów. The scope includes scenography, AV and control systems, software, educational materials, at least 11 separate animated films, electrical and telecommunications works, testing, training, documentation, warranty and service. The contractor must submit one tender covering both locations, attend the mandatory site visit at both locations, and complete the works, testing, training and documentation by 10 December 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish via the e-Procurement Platform by 10 September 2026 at 09:30. A bid guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required. Offers are scored on price (55 points), warranty period (20), project coordinator’s experience (15) and the project concept (10).
