Multidisciplinary design documentation for the reconstruction and modernization of the protective structure at III General Secondary School in Toruń, Raszei 1 (stage II)

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for the reconstruction and modernization of a protective structure located in the basement beneath the gymnasium of III General Secondary School in Toruń, at Raszei 1. The S1 shelter is intended for 300 people. The documentation must cover, among other things, required main and emergency entrances and exits, an air intake, necessary utility connections, approvals with network operators, and obtaining permission to adapt the shelter to current requirements. The documentation must also address fire safety, sanitary requirements, accessibility, protection of trees and greenery, small-scale water retention, the DNSH principle and applicable legislation. The contract must be completed within 70 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026. Price carries 60% and the experience of the person coordinating multidisciplinary design work carries 40%.
