Catering service for the Christmas event for guests of Hotel Książ

Summary

The procurement covers catering services for the Christmas event for guests of Hotel Książ at the Książ Castle and Park complex in Wałbrzych. The contractor must prepare, deliver and serve a dinner, coffee refreshments and a Christmas Eve dinner on 24 December 2026, including room preparation, cleaning during and after the meals, and the presence of a manager. The expected attendance is 40 people: 30 adults, 5 children aged 4–12 and 5 children under 4. The service period is 23–25 December 2026, with an option to increase the number of adults served by up to 20%. The contractor must have a meal-service venue within 500 metres walking distance of the hotel reception. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (75%), quality criterion 1 (20%) and quality criterion 2 (5%). Samples of specified menu items must be submitted with the bid for tasting evaluation, and a PLN 1,000 bid guarantee is required.
