Preparation of energy audits for residential buildings in Wyszków Municipality under the “Mazowsze without Smog” project in 2026

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of energy audits for selected residential buildings in Wyszków Municipality under the “Mazowsze without Smog” project in 2026. The contractor is expected to carry out approximately 50 audits within 42 days, identifying elements requiring thermal modernisation, preparing a thermal-modernisation plan, analysing heat-source replacement and the possible use of renewable energy sources, and providing estimated works costs where possible. The actual number of audits may be increased or reduced depending on the offered prices and available funds, and payment will be based on the number actually completed. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 00:00. Price accounts for 60% and completion time for 40% of the evaluation. A PLN 500 tender guarantee and performance security are required.
