Preparation of design documentation for servicing investment areas – partial task no. 2

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the construction of roads, cycle paths, pedestrian-cycle routes, lighting, stormwater drainage with retention tank(s), sanitary sewerage and a water supply network on plots 1809 and 1850 in the Chwalęcice area. The contractor must also submit the application for the administrative decision authorising the construction works and provide author supervision during construction. The planned delivery period is 4 months from contract signature. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price (60%), road designer experience (20%) and sanitary designer experience (20%). A performance guarantee is required; no bid guarantee is required.
